Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development pipelines
- Produce executive briefings on emerging technologies' ethical and commercial implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Advantage: Spearhead Horizon Dynamics' annual 'Future State' thought leadership summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (e.g., quantum computing, neurotech)
- Proven track record of converting future insights into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched from foresight work
