Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, social patterns, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and deliver scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing business models
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML evolution, biotech convergence, climate adaptation economics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
