Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating disruptive technologies (quantum, bio-ai, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Drive proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem (startups, research institutions, VCs)
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of calculated experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience building innovation frameworks and managing innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation case studies
