Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to develop 10-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints using design thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for future-proof business models and market disruption
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Lead implementation of pilot programs testing 2026-viable technologies
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation or strategy publications
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
