- Develop 10-year strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for C-suite approval
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive solutions in VR/AR, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, CES, and industry summits
- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Mentor internal 'Futures Council' of 15+ technical specialists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through data-backed innovation proposals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercial impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Experience securing innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, or equivalent bodies
