- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough innovation opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic indicators affecting 2026 projections
- Design organizational adaptability frameworks for volatile futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and tools
