Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present foresight insights to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence ecosystem
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience with trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Global network of futurists and industry disruptors
