Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps aligning innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce annual innovation forecasts and trend reports for internal and external audiences
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementations
