Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business environments
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on innovation adoption and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or white papers
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on client strategy (case studies preferred)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
