Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster organizational foresight and embed future-thinking into decision-making
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and boards with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for continuous intelligence gathering
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to test and validate future concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with demonstrable impact
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, MBA, or equivalent technical field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to non-technical audiences
- Strong network across tech, biotech, and sustainability innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
