Responsibilities
- Develop and publish comprehensive trend forecasts for 2026+ across AI, biotech, climate resilience, and digital economies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify blind spots in long-term strategic roadmaps
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and innovation catalysts
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and data visualization
- Advose on organizational redesign for exponential change adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership at tech-forward firms
- Proven track record of accurately forecasting market shifts (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and causal modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
