Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate AI) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes across healthcare, energy, and digital infrastructure
- Lead 'Future Labs'—intensive workshops with Fortune 500 partners to prototype next-gen solutions
- Produce strategic white papers and visual roadmaps adopted by industry coalitions
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers while curating our proprietary trend intelligence database
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and UN Innovation Summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 100 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systemic risk modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential tech trends (AGI, synthetic biology, Web3.0)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive boards
- Global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
