Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing product roadmaps and organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business plans
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content for industry influence
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futures thinking into corporate strategy and governance
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future scenarios through data modeling and risk-assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses and scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures concepts into executive-level strategy
- Strong data modeling skills with experience in predictive analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences (technical to C-suite)
