- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build consensus
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for leadership teams
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models across industries
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight research
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS preferred)
