Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for future business landscapes
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate innovation pipelines aligned with future market needs
- Design and implement foresight methodologies across global business units
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful strategic transformations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
