Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps that align with organizational vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, marketing, and operations teams
- Present actionable foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technologies through horizon scanning
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurist forums
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) required
