Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating exponential technological change
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier industry publications
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional leadership teams
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural indicators impacting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend analysis
- Exceptional command of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (minimum 3 peer-reviewed articles)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
