- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proof initiatives
- Produce trend intelligence reports for C-suite decision-making and investor relations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Drive culture of innovation through horizon scanning and rapid experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives delivered
