Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight models using AI-driven trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 product launches and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into R&D and planning processes
- Author executive briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 partners
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, scenario planning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
