- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce actionable white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions aligned with long-term market trajectories
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic innovation adoption and ROI for future-facing initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and ethical innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategy for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Harvard Business Review)
- Experience with ethical foresight frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable business impact
