- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven scenario planning for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions targeting 2026 launch windows

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
