Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptors and opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Create scenario-based strategic plans with quantifiable impact assessments for board-level decision-making
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Present future insights through compelling visual narratives and executive reports
- Integrate future-proofing principles into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE) strongly preferred
