- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board of directors for strategic decision-making
- Partner with governments on policy shaping for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using cutting-edge forecasting tools
- Publish annual '2026 Horizon Report' establishing industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record influencing corporate strategy at Fortune 500 level
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
