- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/design teams
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with futurist networks and academic institutions
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and risk analysis
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Expertise in AI/quantum/sustainability futures landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
