Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and probabilistic modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present compelling future narratives to executive stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Lead workshops and training sessions to cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
