Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to map 2026 scenarios
- Develop predictive models and strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future vision
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive market opportunities across sectors
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing innovations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future scenario models
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech convergence trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their interconnections
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) preferred
