Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead client workshops on exponential technology adoption (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces)
- Produce trend reports on societal shifts impacting business models in 2026
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions for climate resilience and ethical AI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on disruptive paradigm shifts
