Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Author thought leadership reports and briefings for executive and investor audiences
- Partner with R&D to validate future concepts through rapid prototyping
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation strategy implementations
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
