You'll translate complex foresight into actionable strategies that position us as industry pioneers in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and market disruptions impacting 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future trends into innovation roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and strategic recommendations to C-suite leadership
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on 2026 industry predictions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational decision-making
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their 2026 implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption analysis
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in high-uncertainty environments
