Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 clients to translate future insights into strategic roadmaps
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports with data-driven predictions on tech adoption and market evolution
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to forecast emerging disruptions
- Adv executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Design immersive future-state simulations for stakeholder decision-making
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology or societal impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
