Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Create executive-ready reports translating complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
- Advise leadership on strategic investments aligned with 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Develop quantitative and qualitative models to forecast market evolution and disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation (whitepapers, articles, books)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
