Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable systems forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex trend analysis
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field

- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
