You'll partner with Fortune 500 executives to map alternative futures, identify inflection points, and build adaptive roadmaps for AI integration, sustainable transformation, and human-centric innovation. Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their disruptive potential through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on geopolitical shifts and their business implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference keynotes
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining a hands-on research practice
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published research on exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for future-state mapping
- Track record advising C-suite on digital transformation and resilience strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) preferred
