Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce quarterly future-state reports and disruption assessments for executive leadership
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite to align organizational vision on emerging opportunities
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry disruption indicators
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify breakthrough technologies for acquisition
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures for diverse audiences
- Track record of influencing executive strategy through data-driven future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly desired
