- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological vectors affecting long-term strategy
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness and strategic agility
- Present future-focused insights at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused strategy implementations
