- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on future market disruptions
- Advolve client stakeholders on innovation adoption pathways
- Build quantitative forecasting models for technological convergence
- Represent company at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and predictive modeling tools
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational change
