- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly execution
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market forces
- Publish thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning InnovateTomorrow as the 2026 thought leader
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of successfully mapping and implementing 5-10 year strategic visions
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
