Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation labs
- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures and talent acquisition strategies
- Monitor global geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Create immersive future-state simulations to test strategic resilience against disruptive scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech or consulting environments
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
