Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to develop 2026+ strategic vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for emerging markets and technologies
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused R&D investments and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Measure and report on strategic initiative KPIs and market impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications
