Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026-2030
- Develop future-proofing strategies for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Architect scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and market volatility
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Produce white papers and thought leadership for industry summits
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (e.g., AI adoption, climate tech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, backcasting)
- Experience advising boards on long-term risk mitigation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
