Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate existential risks
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on emerging tech convergence points
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption curves and market readiness
- Advantage C-suite on ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating technical concepts into strategic narratives
- PhD or Master's in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or relevant field preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
