Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and strategic alignment
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of industry experts and academic partners
- Quantify ROI of emerging technologies through scenario modeling
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate innovation culture
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio of published research or innovation initiatives
