Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2027 horizon) and develop strategic roadmaps for market integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Conduct scenario planning to assess technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) to establish industry influence
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Manage technology foresight research programs and external expert networks
- Drive adoption of strategic foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major conferences
