Responsibilities
- Lead the Research & Development strategy for quantum-enhanced AI models and neural architectures.
- Architect scalable, high-performance computing infrastructures capable of handling next-gen datasets.
- Define and execute technical roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and quantum engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex scientific concepts into market-ready products.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and deploying complex machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Google Cirq).
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, explainable AI (XAI), and data privacy regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
