- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with sustainability and ethical frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources for futuristic initiatives
- Oversee R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Present strategic visions to investors, clients, and industry conferences

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience

- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ years of market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
