Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies, including Generative AI and advanced data analytics.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential technology trends to drive competitive advantage and market disruption.
- Oversee the development of internal innovation labs and incubator programs.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
- Manage the innovation budget and ensure a high return on investment for R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product development, with a focus on futuristic trends.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Experience in scaling innovative solutions from concept to production.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field is preferred.
