Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy, specifically focusing on infrastructure readiness for the 2026 operational horizon.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance research team to explore and implement emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Autonomous Agents.
- Architecture & Scalability: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Commercialization: Translate complex AI research into tangible product features that drive user engagement and business growth.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI/ML or Fintech.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, and modern MLOps practices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define technical roadmaps that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
