Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for outbound delivery using RF scanners.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely order fulfillment.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
