Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and ensure they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver orders with precision, ensuring presentation is top-tier and all dietary restrictions are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining environment at all times.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations and answer questions about our menu and specials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4-6 hours per shift).
