Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using modern POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory accuracy on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
